I love crock pot cooking.
A year of Slow Cooking blog had this great recipe that I made for the Sunday Swap. It couldn't be easier. Very yummy. Did I say I love crock pot cooking? The basic recipe calls for a roast (no kidding!), a packet of brown gravy mix, a packet of ranch dressing mix, a packet of italian dressing mix, and some water. I threw in some onion, carrots, bell pepper, and potatoes.
