It's my Darlin's birthday and I want to wish him a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY!! We've been married 9 years and in those 9 years we've certainly been some very challenging times. He has been my rock and inspiration through our ups and downs. He is a man of his word and has always been there for me. I will never, ever forget how he took care of my Dad. This is a long story, but my Dad needed 24/7 hour care the last 2 years of his life. We made the hard decision to move in with him and grant him his wish of living at home until the end. We had been married just 2 years when we moved in with Dad. My Mom was also very ill at the time. My parents were not living together, so this made things extremely difficult. All I can say is that we did the best we could. Thank you Darlin Dan for being my hero!
His birthday this year is pretty much all about golf! Well, not all of it. He wished for some tires for his truck-you know how men are about their vehicles! He has golf games planned for Saturday and Sunday!! We will try to fit in a pizza (his favorite food) and another birthday cake!
Yesterday, the lovely ladies it his job, made him a very nice birthday lunch. It was so nice of them to make him Chicken Alfredo, salad, and a german chocolate cake. He really enjoyed and appreciated it.
