HEB has made it a little harder to use the upcoming $10 OYNO coupon. They've made up some new rules to play by, making it more difficult to get the best deal. We buy $30 in P&G products and get a $10 coupon -supposedly for your next visit-but can't use it until 3/14! So, no more using a $10 coupon to do another deal. Another addition to this promo is, when it is time to use your coupon, your purchase must total $30 in order to use the $10 coupon. It seems that HEB has decided to become less generous all the way around.
On the plus side, there are still some very good deals that can be done and there is a rebate offer from P&G that I will be able to complete while doing this deal. I'm hoping that on the week of 3/14, HEB has some killer deals that I can use my $10 OYNO coupons on.
