no shopping for me today
Every once in a while I get a bad back. This happened yesterday and I'm still suffering from BAD back pain today. I thought I would be waking up this morning without pain, but sadly I am still wincing with pain. I've decided that I have no choice but stay home and rest the old...... and I mean old back! There is always tomorrow.
